1. Terms of use of the website
1.1 Definitions and content of the service
1.1.1 Shuttle and taxi services: The website serves as a platform for coordinating and ordering trips in taxis and shuttle vehicles in Israel,

ALMA Express is not a transportation company itself - the actual service is performed by external suppliers: independent taxi drivers, transportation companies and subcontractors. The Company acts solely as a coordinator and intermediary between the user who orders and the actual service provider. Therefore, the mere coordination through the website does not create a direct service contract between you and the Company for the trip, but rather the service contract is created between you and the driver or transportation company that will provide the trip. The Company is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for its enforcement. 1.1.2 Transportation vehicle brokerage services: In addition, the Company may provide a platform for advertising and brokering sales or purchase transactions of taxi and transportation vehicles (commercial vehicles, minivans, etc.) between sellers and potential buyers. In this type of service, the Company also acts solely as an intermediary, with the aim of connecting third parties in a sales transaction, without itself being Sells or buys vehicles.
Responsibility for the sale transaction and the vehicle applies solely to the seller and buyer as direct parties to the transaction, and not to the company.
.1.2 Acceptance of the Terms and Use of the Site

.1.4 Travel reservations and transportation service coordination
.1.4.1 How to make a reservation: The site may include online forms for making a travel reservation (future or immediate reservation),

Filling out and sending a reservation form on the site or contacting a communication channel offered on the site will constitute a request to order travel services. The company will receive the
request and work to locate and coordinate a suitable service provider (taxi driver/transport company) for you. You may be required to provide additional
details (for example: full name, pickup address, destination, date and time, number of passengers, amount of luggage, special requirements, etc.). Please note
: Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee its approval – the company does not undertake that in any case No supplier will be found available or suitable
for the requested booking, or the service will fully meet your requirements, but reasonable efforts will be made to do so depending on the availability
of drivers and vehicles at that time.
1.4.2. Booking confirmation and changes: After receiving the booking request, the Company will confirm to you (on the website, by email, by text message/WhatsApp or by phone) if a supplier has been found and that the booking has been accepted. Only such explicit confirmation will constitute final confirmation of the booking. The Company reserves the right not to confirm a booking for any reasonable reason (such as: lack of available drivers, provision of incorrect details, suspected misuse, etc.). In the event of a change in the travel details (e.g. change of date, destination, number of passengers) after confirmation, you must immediately notify the Company so that it can update the supplier – significant changes may require re-confirmation or may not be possible close to the date of travel. Booking cancellation: As a rule, a confirmed booking can be cancelled by giving reasonable advance notice to the Company (in writing or by phone). Last-minute cancellation (e.g. less than an hour before the scheduled travel time) or no-show without cancellation – may incur a cancellation fee. At the discretion of the driver/service provider, subject to law (currently, a charge of approximately NIS 12 is applied in the event of a late cancellation of a pre-booked taxi, but this is subject to change according to the provider's policy or regulatory provisions). The Company and/or the providers may also cancel a confirmed reservation, for example due to force majeure, a malfunction, or an unexpected event - in such a situation, the Company will attempt to notify you as soon as possible and will assist, to the best of its ability, in finding an alternative, without obligation. 1.4.3. The Company's role in coordination: It is clarified that the Company serves only as an intermediary and liaison between the service requester (the passenger/user) and the service providers (drivers/transportation companies), and that the Company itself does not provide travel or transportation services. The actual service will always be performed by a third-party service provider who is independent and not employed by the Company. The Company is not a taxi driver, does not transport passengers itself, and does not bear the professional duties of a passenger transporter under any Law. Its role
is limited to coordinating the order, transferring your details to the service provider for the purpose of performing the trip, and operational support as needed. Any agreement
or contract that will be created between you and the driver or transportation provider after the introduction mediation - is between you only; the Company is not a party
to this agreement, and will not be subject to any obligation to enforce it or verify its existence. By using the mediation service, you confirm that
you are aware that you are solely responsible for any contract or transaction that will be concluded between you and any service provider, and that you
release the Company, its owners, managers, employees, and/or its agents, from any responsibility or liability for demands, claims or damages -
direct or indirect - arising from the actions or omissions of the service provider in the framework of providing the ordered service.
.1.4.4 Information about the service providers: The Company contracts for cooperation only with service providers (taxi drivers, transportation companies, etc.)
who have presented and committed to the Company that they have all The permits and licenses required by law to provide travel services (such as a valid public driver's license, a license to operate a taxi, required insurance policies for passengers, etc.). However, it is clarified that the Company does not conduct comprehensive due diligence and background checks on any provider beyond the representations provided to it and the accumulated passenger feedback. The Company does not itself verify the proper operation and safety of vehicles, driver's licenses, traffic or criminal records, etc. - and therefore cannot make a positive commitment regarding the quality, level of safety or professional competence of the service providers. However, the Company maintains general quality control: it may, at its discretion, discontinue referrals to a driver or provider about whom it has received repeated complaints or information that raises reasonable concerns about harm to safety or service, and replace him with another provider, all in the interest of maintaining a high standard of service and for the benefit of the user community. 1.4.5. Prices and pricing of trips: Any price displayed on the Site regarding a trip (e.g., price lists, trip cost estimates between destinations, or an agreed rate for a specific trip) is an estimate only for general information purposes. The binding pricing for the trip will ultimately be carried out by the taxi driver or service provider in accordance with the pricing rules set by the laws of the Ministry of Transport in Israel. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Transport and the traffic regulations, taxi drivers must operate a meter on every urban and intercity trip, and the charge will be made according to the official meter rates, including permitted additions (such as a telephone booking supplement, night/weekend rate, etc.). The meter rates are updated and published from time to time (currently, they are updated annually on April 1 according to a price control notice from the Ministry of Transport). In certain cases, for example, for private transportation services (shuttle) or booking Special, the price may be determined in advance between the service provider and you – however, even then the agreement will be based on the accepted rates and information provided to you by the company or provider. The business does not charge the passenger a direct payment via the site (unless otherwise expressly stated) – payment for the trip will be made directly between you and the driver/provider at the time of service, in cash or in a payment method that the provider allows (such as a credit card, according to the taxi payment standard). .1.4.6 Passenger behavior during the trip: The user (passenger) undertakes to behave respectfully and politely towards the driver, to avoid interfering with safe driving, to wear a seat belt as required, and not to cause damage to the vehicle or any equipment in it. It is prohibited to load dangerous or illegal substances into the vehicle, to smoke in the taxi (in (Comply with the law on the prevention of smoking in public places), or any violent, threatening or disturbing behavior during the trip. A driver may stop a trip before reaching the destination if the passenger endangers the safety of the driver, himself or the public, or violates legal provisions. You undertake to indemnify the company and the service provider for any damage, loss or expense that they may incur due to your breach of your obligations or actions during the trip (for example: dirt or intentional damage to the transport vehicle, fines due to your actions, etc.). 1.4.7 Delays and delays: The company and the suppliers will do their best to meet the scheduled pick-up and arrival times. However, it should be taken into account that travel times are affected by traffic factors, weather, malfunctions and any force majeure - therefore the company or the driver do not undertake to Accurate arrival at the destination. The responsibility for planning sufficient time for the trip (e.g. to leave for the airport) lies with the
passenger. The Company will not bear any liability for indirect damage caused by a delay in arriving at the destination (e.g. missing a flight, meeting, late fee, etc.). We recommend booking a trip in advance and leaving a safety margin in case of unexpected delays.
1.4.8 Complaints and problem clarification: In the event of a malfunction or problem during the trip (e.g. driver not showing up at the designated location, poor service, accident, overcharge, etc.), the passenger can contact the Company (by phone or email specified above) as soon as possible and report the
incident. The Company will address the complaint, review the case with the service provider, and strive to assist in a fair resolution of the problem, however, the Company should not be considered as having direct legal liability towards you for an act or omission of the service provider. Any claim for financial compensation, damage repair or Other remedies due to an event that occurred during the trip – should be directed first and foremost to the service provider, the directly responsible party. The Company may, out of good faith, assist in mediating and mediating a referral, but is not itself obligated to pay compensation (except if required by law in exceptional cases). 1.5.1.1.5.1. The Company does not represent the seller or the buyer in the transaction. 1.5.2. Posting ads and information about vehicles: A seller who is interested in posting a vehicle for sale through the site will be asked to provide information about the vehicle (such as: manufacturer and model, year of manufacture, license plate number/ownership, mechanical condition, mileage, known maintenance/accident history, photos,
asking price, etc.). The seller undertakes to provide complete, accurate and reliable information about the vehicle. It is strictly prohibited to conceal a material detail or

According to the Used Vehicle Sale Law (Entitlement to Information and Due Disclosure), 5768,2008, every vehicle seller, private or dealer, is obliged to act in good faith in negotiations towards a transaction and is prohibited from misleading The buyer. The Company is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy or completeness of the information provided by the seller. The sole responsibility for the content of the sales advertisement lies with the seller. However, if the Company receives a complaint or becomes aware that an advertisement contains false or misleading information, it may remove it or demand its correction. 1.5.3 Buyer's obligations: A potential buyer who applies through the website or through the company regarding an offered vehicle undertakes to act honestly and in good faith, and not to apply without a serious intention to purchase. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle prior to purchase - including performing a mechanical inspection at a reliable inspection institute, checking the ownership registration with the licensing authority, checking Liens/foreclosures at the vehicle registration office, etc.
Any reliance on information provided by the seller on the site is at the buyer's discretion and responsibility. The Company recommends not to
complete a transaction or make payment before physically meeting the seller and inspecting the vehicle to your satisfaction.
.1.5.4 Limitations of the Company's Liability in Vehicle Brokerage: It is clarified that the Company does not sell or purchase the vehicles, does not own them at any stage, and does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding their quality, soundness, legality, etc. The Company
does not provide any representation or undertaking that a particular vehicle will indeed meet the buyer's expectations or will suit his needs. Any representation, promise or
undertaking regarding the vehicle will be made directly between the seller and the buyer within the framework of their sales agreement. The Company will not be liable for any defect,
deficiency or inconsistency that may be discovered in the vehicle being sold, even if the information regarding it was published via the site. Likewise, the Company will not be liable for
the non-fulfilment of Obligations of one of the parties (such as failure to pay the full price, failure to transfer ownership on time, etc.). The parties to the transaction
hereby waive any claim or claim against the Company in connection with the sale transaction, and undertake to resolve any dispute that may arise
between themselves, without the Company's participation, unless it expressly agrees to intervene to assist in mediation.
1.5.5. Lack of responsibility for information and third parties: All information about vehicles displayed on the site originates from third parties (sellers)

for illustration purposes only. The contact details between the seller and the buyer will be provided with their consent, and further negotiations will take place outside the
