Why the price says "from"
Israeli taxis run on a national meter tariff rather than on prices each company invents, so the figure you see before booking is where that tariff starts for your route: ₪280 by day between Netanya and the airport. Between 06:00 and 21:00 from Sunday to Thursday — and until 16:00 on Fridays and holiday eves — the meter sits on tariff 1, the daytime rate; step outside those hours and it moves up. The road south, and what you see from it
For most of the way the Mediterranean stays on your right. Route 2 leaves Netanya at the Poleg or Netanya interchange and runs past dunes, orchards and beach exits — Wingate, Ga'ash — until the Herzliya office towers appear and the road turns inland. Near Glilot it feeds into Route 20, the Ayalon, the artery that carries Tel Aviv's traffic, and one turn east onto Route 1 brings the airport exit into view. When the coast is jammed the driver takes the other line instead, inland onto the tolled Route 6, south to the Daniel Interchange, then west on Route 1 — longer on the map, calmer on the clock.

We are arriving with a stroller and a set of golf clubs. What should we book?
