  • •Public and Investigatory Authorities: If the company receives a definitive judicial order or a legal request from an authorized authority necessitating the transfer of passenger details by force of law.
  • •Mergers or Business Reorganizations: In the event the company transfers its operations to another corporate entity, provided that entity adopts this strict privacy policy regarding the data received.

Principle of Purpose Limitation (Privacy Protection Law, Amendment 13): It is expressly clarified that accumulated personal information is used exclusively for the aforementioned operational necessities (executing rides, billing, and customer service) and shall not be repurposed, traded, sold, or transferred to third-party marketing entities without separate, explicit, and written consent.

4. Use of "Cookies" and Analytics Tools

6. Data Subject Rights (Review, Amendment, and Deletion Under Israeli Law)

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its subsequent amendments (including Amendment 13 from 2026), every client is entitled to submit a written request at any time to review the personal information concerning them accumulated in the company's databases.

Furthermore, if the retained data is found to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, outdated, or no longer required for the purposes it was collected, you hold the legal right under Israeli law to demand its rapid rectification or its absolute erasure from the company's databases. The company will handle the request within a reasonable timeframe (up to 14 working days), provided the information is not strictly required by the company under other legal frameworks (such as Israeli tax and accounting regulations).
